Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the InjazatRE mobile application (the “App”) operated by Injazat Software (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all employees, managers, and users who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
1. Definitions

Organization: Your employer who has deployed this App

Service: HR management services provided through the App

Content: Data, text, images, and other materials in the App

Workspace: Your organization’s specific instance of the service
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Binding Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the InjazatRE App, you acknowledge that:

You are an authorized employee of the Organization

You are at least 18 years of age

You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
2.2 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through:

Email communications

Updated Terms posted in the App
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
3. Account and Access
3.1 Account Creation

Your employer creates and manages your account

You are provided with login credentials (mobile number and password)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

You must not share your account with others
-
You must notify HR immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account

You must use a secure password

Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited

You may be held liable for losses caused by unauthorized use
3.3 Account Termination
Your account will be terminated when:

Your employment ends

Your employer revokes access

You violate these Terms

At your employer’s discretion
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Use

Clocking in/out for attendance
-
Viewing your work schedule
-
Requesting leave, permissions, loans, and letters

Viewing payroll information
-
Uploading and managing work-related documents
-
Viewing company announcements and holidays
-
Communicating with your manager regarding HR matters
-
Accessing your employee profile and information
4.2 Prohibited Activities

Attempt to clock in/out on behalf of another employee
-
Falsify attendance records or location data
-
Submit fraudulent requests (leave, loan, permission, letter)
-
Use GPS spoofing or location manipulation tools
-
Use face recognition bypass techniques
-
Share your login credentials with others
-
Access another employee’s account
-
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
-
Upload malicious files or viruses
-
Use the App for any illegal purpose
-
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
-
Upload inappropriate or offensive content
-
Interfere with the App’s operation or security
-
Scrape, crawl, or data mine the App
-
Use the App in any way that violates employment policies
4.3 Consequences of Violation

Account suspension or termination
-
Disciplinary action by your employer
-
Legal action for serious violations
-
Reporting to law enforcement if applicable
5. Attendance and Verification
5.1 Face Recognition

You consent to face recognition for attendance verification
-
You must provide a clear, recent photo for registration
-
You must present your actual face during clock-in/out
-
Attempting to bypass face verification is prohibited
-
Face data is used solely for identity verification
5.2 Location Verification

You must enable location services for attendance
-
Your location is recorded during clock-in/out
-
You must be at an authorized work location
-
GPS spoofing or manipulation is strictly prohibited
-
Location data is used to verify workplace attendance
5.3 Attendance Accuracy

You are responsible for accurate attendance records
-
Clock in/out only when actually starting/ending work
-
Report any attendance errors to HR immediately
-
Falsifying attendance is grounds for disciplinary action
-
All attendance data is logged and auditable
6. Requests and Approvals
6.1 Leave Requests

You may submit leave requests through the App
-
Requests are subject to manager approval
-
You must provide accurate information
-
Approval is at your manager’s and organization’s discretion
-
Falsifying leave requests is prohibited
6.2 Permission Requests

Short-term permissions must be requested through the App
-
Approval is required before taking permission time
-
You must return as specified in your request
-
Unauthorized absences may result in disciplinary action
6.3 Loan Requests

Loan requests are subject to company policy
-
Approval is at the organization’s discretion
-
You are responsible for loan repayment terms
-
Loan details are binding once approved
6.4 Letter Requests

You may request official letters through the App
-
Letter generation is subject to HR approval
-
Letters are provided based on company policy
-
You must provide accurate information for letters
